Shipping Policy
All orders placed on Gomatic.co.uk ship only to the UK, dispatGomatic Europe operates from two warehouses. UK and Netherlands
As such, please pay careful attention to the rules of shipping as they will vary from country to country.
The following shipping options are available from the UK:
- UK - Free tracked & signed delivery service on all orders over £50
- Free shipping on purchase of single Wallet
- Next Day Shipping (Mon-Thurs orders before 3pm)
- For orders under £50 all shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location.
- In the UK we are happy to offer free returns. Please reach out to customer service at info@gomatic.co.uk for more information on returning your product
The following shipping options are available for Europe:
- We are happy to offer free DPD shipping for orders over €100 for most EU countries.
- Orders under €100 will be charged at varying rates by country and shown at checkout.
- Due to the nature of shipping in Europe, this is simply not possible in some countries which are further away from our warehouse in the Netherlands
- We are currently not able to offer free returns in Europe. All returns cost must be covered by the customer.

- Next Day Shipping - To make sure that your order comes in time, we are happy to offer next day premium shipping. Your order must be placed before 3pm. PLEASE NOTE this service is only available for orders placed on Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday with this option will be delivered on a Monday (so you may as well pick the free option)
- For orders under £50 all shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location.

As you can appreciate, the cost of shipping in Europe varies drastically depending on the size of the box and the location its being shipped to. As such its very complex to manage and in some cases we have to apply overarching rules.

It can take 1-3 business days to process orders regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. In our experience, most orders are shipped the same day (if ordered before 3pm), however it can take longer sometimes.
During holiday sales and promotions, orders may take up to 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process and ship your order in extreme circumstances.
Tracking information is sent via text message or email once your order has shipped.
Our team works as quickly as possible to get your order shipped once you place your order. Orders placed are sent directly to our fulfillment centers.
If you need to change an order please contact our Customer support (info@gomatic.co.uk) rep to manually cancel or edit your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any adjustments to an order once it has been placed.
Alternatively, if you need to change your delivery address or hold the shipment, please feel free to manage your delivery through the courier's website.
