FREE 30 DAYS RETURN SHIPPING

Gomatic is happy to offer you free return shipping within 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason. You will need to reach out so we can send you a pre-paid label. Please note you may have to organise for the parcel to be picked-up or drop it at a local store.

You can return or exchange your item 30 days after they have been received for any reason. You must have proof of purchase, ideally with the packaging and hang tags intact, and all items included. Click on the link below to start processing a return.

After 30 days have passed we are not able to accept returns for any reason. If you have a manufacturer fault your product will still be covered by our lifetime guarantee though.

Note: The reasons for your return will not affect the acceptance of your return.
