"I’ve never packed so easy before. I always struggle to pack a bag for a week. This bag has allowed me to do so and quite effortlessly so. I’ve used it once and I can tell already that it is going to follow me on countless journeys in the future. A very well thought out design. If anything to improve, perhaps a shoulder strap maybe. That’s nitpicking as this is a great product as it is."

"I was one of the crowdfunders of this Nomatic product 40 liters travel duffel. It was a very good travel companion fir many yesrs when the zipper of the main compartment got defective. Thanks to the livelong guranty gomatic sent me a completely new bag of the latest generation for free! "I've been an early adopter of Nomatic and really love this pack overall. My only concern is how it handles the laptop over time. When the bag isn't fully packed, the weight of the laptop causes it to sag, making it hard to open - especially when accessing compartments with the bag laid down on its back. It would be great if the laptop compartment were repositioned so the laptop rests at the base of the bag during normal use (similar to the 14L and 20L backpacks). That would help it maintain its structure and usability over time. If Nomatic could solve this issue, the bag would be perfect. If you only use this bag for longer trips (fully packed), the weight of the laptop would never be an issue. If you're like me and want one bag for the quiver (sometimes not fully packed), you may want to consider other Nomatic options. Still love this pack, though."

"I went traveling in Europe for 2 months from April to June. The only thing I had travelled with was the 40l backpack and I can safely say that it was 100% worth the purchase. After my experience, I will never travel with checked luggage again. One of the biggest parts about it was that I was traveling by plane a lot. I went on several different airlines and not once did they ever question the size or weight of my bag and it always fit in the top compartment. I also did enjoy the little things, like the shoe compartment and the laundry bag, along with the underwear and sock compartment. They truly helped keeping the bag organized. Even after the trip, I’ve used the backpack 3 more times since. This is the backpack for people traveling whether it’s for vacation or if you are going on a business trip."
