"They are excellent except for 1 minor issue. The clip on the the bag clip at an slightly odd angel and there are no instructions that make it clear. That not with standing, when you strap in they are perfectly comfortable and do the job. I'm still tempted to give them a 5 star rating."

"They are easy to add onto my backpack and feel comfortable wearing them (so far, with an empty backpack). Although, I have yet to see if the hooks will stay on given the hustle at airport security. The one downside is the side pockets are a tight squeeze for my passport, which makes it not as convenient, and thus defeats the primary reason I purchased these. On the upside, it'll be hard to pickpocket. Lol. Overall, they look nice and seem durable. The true test will be on my upcoming multi-country trip."

The straps themselves can extend to about 20" each, and then you can add in the length of the backpack since the straps attach to the very side of the bag! - I got the 30L Nomatic Travel pack which in the description says it includes the waist strap. However it arrived without the waist strap. I don’t want to ship this back just to have you ship me a replacement. It seems to make more sense to ask if you could please send me the replacement. Ordered on Amazon and hoping you can help.
